This is not just any track however, this is the brand new G2 Motorsports track that was designed with a concept of the best tracks in the world. Located just 40 minutes north of Dallas in Anna, TX, this is the newest destination for all true race fans which includes a modern 20K sq foot clubhouse. You will drive an exotic on this world famous track, with professional instruction from our driving coaches.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

You get 3 laps with your choose of Lamborghini, McLaren or Ferrari on a 3 mile track.

IINSURANCE

All drivers must purchase insurance through one of our partner carriers.

WHAT DAYS ARE AVAILABLE

The track meets are once a month on Saturday and Sunday. Call for info on the next event date.

OWNERSHIP

Take your track membership to another level with your own personal private luxury garage. Available in 3 2-level variations (38×42 – 38×18 MEZZ) – (30×42 – 30×18 MEZZ) – (21×42 – 21×18 MEZZ) – All with private track viewing.

The design and overall square footage is customizable to your desire and all private luxury garages can incorporate modern appliances and bathroom amenities.

Own the Ultimate Luxury Garage Experience for people who have the vehicles and want a place to showcase them. Ownership has tax incentives with tax segregation practices. Other complexes have proven that these “Luxury Car Condos” are beneficial investments, especially if they are based at a race track. Many members enjoy opening open their garage door, and showing off their car collection to many other members or guests when events or car shows are live. Inviting friends and clients to a motorsports park where you own a track side condo, will be a memorable experience for all!

Ranging from 1,260 to 2,220 sq. ft. The units feature an open layout with two-story ceilings. Including high end materials that are fire resistant, 1-hour fire rated walls, sprinkler systems, and high-end building materials. These units will feature 100-amp service, plumbed for water and sewer, 1 gigabit high speed internet connection access, and motorized oversized garage doors. The units also include 24/7 security. These units are built to last and protect your rolling investments. Owners have 24/7 access through a secure powered wrought iron gate.

MOTORSPORTS CLUB

Your condo will overlook one of America’s finest private motorsports tracks. A technical and challenging track designed by Lou Gigliotti. The club also offers a 2000’ high grade pavement world class kart track and clubhouse. Becoming a member of the club to push your vehicles limits is just part of the experience. Become a part of a rare engaging and enjoyable environment where you can mix and mingle with business leaders, celebrities, and athletes to discuss all things cars, motorsports and business.
